Dubai International Stadium will host 16 matches in the upcoming DP World ILT20 league, including the opening ceremony, the first match on 13th January, and the final on 12th February 2023. The UAE ILT20 league has six teams with 34 matches across Dubai International stadium, Sharjah cricket ground, and Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium.

Dubai Stadium is one of the top venues for T20 cricket because of hosting phenomenal games, such as the final of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup between New Zealand and Australia. This venue holds the record for hosting the most T20Is, as 86 games have been played. Moreover, this venue also hosted 13 Tests and 45 ODIs matches.
