Although ADKR managed to take two quick wickets, Hales and Sam Billings’ responsible innings propelled the Vipers to victory, successfully chasing down the target in just 15.4 overs. Hales led the way with 64 runs off 47 balls, while Billings contributed 35 runs off 29 deliveries. The only bowlers from ADKR to perform well were Akeal Hosein and captain Sunil Narine, who could keep the runs scored against them to a minimum.
