Rahul Johri is the President – Business, South Asia of Zee Entertainment which is partnering with ECB on ILT20. In the recent interview, he revealed that he has a long-running career with the Emirates Cricket Board and Khali Al-Zahoori, the Chairman of the UAE T20 League and Vice-Chairman of ECB.
How The Partnership Began
When asked about the partnership with the ILT20, Rahul Johri responded I got very excited when I first heard about the plans to launch a T20 Cricket league in UAE. All of it happened during Covid-19, and after talking with ECB, PunitGoenka and I flew over. We started talking about the partnership, and it seemed like a perfect match between ILT20 and Zee Entertainment, so it began.
Rahul Jori further called the partnership the two very entrepreneurial organizations coming together, which results will unfold shortly.

The President of Zee Entertainment stated that our company prides itself as India’s largest media conglomerate. He further described the huge portfolio of Zee channels and how it can help them reach the maximum audience possible
Rahul Jori further added that Zee Entertainment would choose some of its biggest channels to broadcast International League T20.
