He has signed up as team director for the inaugural edition of UAE T20 premier league 2023 for the Glazer family. With a total of 32 games and 6 teams, ILT20 will take place in UAE from January 6 to February 12 and is all set to appoint coaches and draft players.

Also, as per resources, R Sridhar, former Indian fielding coach, has been assigned as director of cricket by Capri Global. Moreover, this contract was signed in association with Coaching, one of the leading premier cricket coaching institutes. Remember that R Sridhar is one of the founding members of Coaching Beyond.

Adani Group, the third franchise in UAE T20 Premier League appoints Andy Flower for head-coaching responsibility, as he is one of the most experienced cricket coaches and legend player of the zimbabwe cricket team, Andy Flower is also the current coach of Multan Sultan in PSL League and head coach of Lucknow Super Giants Head Coach in Indian premier league.
International League ILT20 will announce the rules for signing outside players of the draft, each franchise can sign four-five players of their own choice.
